About NeighbourCare Services
Premium residential cleaning, rooted in the neighbourhoods we serve.
Built to earn trust — and then keep it.
NeighbourCare Services started with a simple belief: every homeowner deserves a cleaning company they can genuinely trust.
People are used to being sold to — a low advertised rate, then a list of conditions, add-ons, and fine print that arrives later. We decided early on that we would rather quote the real price of the real job, once, and let the work speak for itself.
That's why NeighbourCare is built around transparent pricing, customizable plans, and a booking experience that tells you exactly what you're getting before anything is scheduled. A Deep Clean includes the detail that actually resets a home. A Maintenance Clean keeps that standard. And when we recommend one over the other, there's an operational reason behind it.
Whether we're cleaning your home for the first time or maintaining it for years, the goal is the same: deliver what we said we would, and be worth recommending to your family.

Owen
Founder, NeighbourCare Services
Hi, I'm Owen
I'm building NeighbourCare at a time when people are used to being marketed at. Teaser prices, conditions buried in the fine print, upsells at the door — a lot of businesses are designed to get as much as possible out of a single transaction. I wanted to build the opposite of that.
NeighbourCare started with me walking door to door through Toronto winters, flyers in hand, offering whatever useful services I could — from snow shovelling and cleaning to car detailing. Some days meant pitching houses in conditions approaching -30°C. There was no team, no vehicles, and no office behind me. I was simply trying to earn someone's trust one door at a time.
My aim is a company people trust inside their homes, recommend to their families, and feel good about supporting. That means the price you're quoted is based on the home details you provide, and we never change it without your approval. It means a recommendation has a real reason behind it. And it means that when we call something a Deep Clean, it should genuinely feel like a deep clean — with the detail work included rather than sold back to you piece by piece.
It also means our cleaners are paid for the work a home actually requires. If a home needs a full reset, booking it as routine upkeep shortchanges both the client and the person doing the work. I'd rather have the honest conversation up front.
I don't want NeighbourCare to win because we found the best gimmick. I want it to win because people trust what the name stands for — and because we keep proving them right, one home at a time.
As we grow, I never want to lose the mentality I had standing at those first doors: your trust isn't something we're entitled to — it's something we have to earn.
