Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum required to deliver your service. We never sell your data. Last updated June 2026.
What we collect
Name, email, phone, service address, access notes, and a payment token from Stripe. We don't store raw card data. Booking activity, support messages, and basic device metadata (browser, IP) are retained for fraud prevention and service quality.
How we use it
To schedule and deliver visits, communicate with you, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve service quality. We send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts) and, only with your opt-in, occasional product updates.
Who we share it with
Payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), analytics (privacy-respecting, no third-party ad networks), and the assigned cleaning team for your specific visit. We never sell or rent your data.
Retention
Active customer data is retained while your account is open. Booking history is kept for 7 years for tax and accounting requirements. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing privacy@neighbourcare.ca. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login and session management, and a single first-party analytics cookie. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes
Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
