We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, and home address — when you request an estimate or book a service. We may also collect basic analytics data about your visit to our website.
2. Use of Information
Your information is used to provide and improve our cleaning services, communicate about your bookings, send service reminders, and respond to your inquiries.
3. Photos You Share With Us
Customers may optionally upload photos during booking to provide additional context about the property or areas requiring attention, and our team may take before/after photos of the work performed. These images are stored securely, used only to quote, prepare for and document your service, and are visible to you in your client portal. You can delete photos shared with you at any time from the Documents section of the portal, or ask us to delete them on your behalf.
4. Payment Information
Payments and saved cards are handled by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. NeighbourCare never sees or stores your full card number — we retain only a reference to the payment method and the last four digits for your records. Saving a card may create a Stripe Link wallet entry managed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies, Analytics & Your Consent Choices
We use a small number of essential cookies and similar technologies that are required for the site to work — for example keeping you signed in, securing forms, and remembering your cookie preferences. These are always active.
With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, including Google Consent Mode v2) to understand how visitors use the site, to measure booking conversions, and to measure the performance of our ads. Until you accept, these are set to a denied state and no analytics or advertising cookies are used.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage each category individually. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months and can be changed at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Analytics and advertising data is collected without your name, email, phone number, or address.
6. Third Parties
We share information only with service providers required to operate our business — such as scheduling, payment, and (where you have consented) analytics and advertising platforms — and never sell your personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
