A turnover is booked as a standard Maintenance Clean with the extras you need — fresh linens you leave out are a per-bed add-on, and light restaging is part of the visit.
Because turnovers repeat, consistency matters more than heroics. A recurring plan gives you the same standard every time, with 5–15% recurring savings from your second visit. Like every NeighbourCare booking, turnovers must be scheduled at least 48 hours (2 full days) ahead — a same-day checkout-to-check-in turnover is fine, it just has to be on the calendar two days in advance.

Practical details
Hosts supply linens, toiletries and paper goods. Leave them in a known spot and we put them out each turnover; changing beds with fresh linens is a per-bed add-on.
Smart lock codes and lockboxes work well for turnovers. Store the instructions once and they apply to every scheduled visit.
Same-day checkout-to-check-in windows are possible, but like every booking they need at least 48 hours (2 full days) of notice. Flag them as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
