How often should I book a maintenance clean?+
Most homes do best on a biweekly cadence — it keeps the home consistently fresh without paying for more than you need. Busy households, larger families, and pet owners often prefer weekly. Solo professionals and already-tidy homes usually find monthly is enough.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?+
Yes. Our team arrives with commercial-grade, non-toxic cleaning products and all the equipment needed. If you prefer we use your products for any reason (allergies, finish concerns, personal preference), just let us know when booking.
Is a maintenance clean okay if my home hasn't been cleaned in a while?+
No — start with a Deep Clean instead. Maintenance is priced and scoped for homes already in good condition. If the home has built-up dust, kitchen or bathroom grime, or has not been professionally cleaned in several months, a Deep Clean is required before starting a recurring plan.
Can we skip a visit or change our cadence?+
Yes. Recurring plans can be paused, skipped, or moved to a different frequency from your client portal at any time. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust the schedule.
Will the same cleaners come each visit?+
Whenever possible, yes. Consistency matters for recurring service, so we work to send the same trained team to your home. Occasional substitutions happen for illness or vacation — every cleaner follows the same documented checklist.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?+
No. Most recurring clients provide entry instructions during booking (lockbox, garage code, or key handoff) and are away during the visit. We treat every home the same whether you are present or not.
Are pets okay to leave out during the cleaning?+
Generally yes. Let us know about any pets when booking so we can plan accordingly. For anxious pets or aggressive animals, we ask that they be secured in a separate area for the safety of both the pet and our team.
