A Deep Clean exists to establish a new baseline for your home. That only works if the things that actually reset a space are part of the service — so they are. Everything in the Maintenance Clean, plus baseboards, doors and frames, blinds, vents, ceiling fans, bathroom descaling, accessible areas behind and underneath furniture, wall spot-cleaning, and the interiors of the oven, fridge and dishwasher.
We could advertise a lower number and bill each of those separately. We'd rather quote the real price of a real reset up front, once. It's about setting the standard, not extracting every possible dollar from the clean.
Once that standard is set, Maintenance Cleans are there to hold it — which is why recurring visits stay straightforward and predictable.
If we recommend a Deep Clean
When the booking form suggests a Deep Clean, it's because the details you gave us about the home's condition and cleaning history say a Maintenance Clean won't have the time or scope to get the result you're expecting. It isn't a price tactic — when a Deep Clean is recommended for lighter buildup or a long cleaning gap, you may still choose Maintenance after reviewing its limitations. Homes classified as Heavy Buildup require a Deep Clean before Maintenance.
And why it matters for our cleaners
A home that needs a reset takes substantially more time and detailed labour. Booking it correctly means the cleaner in your home is given the hours the work actually requires — and is paid fairly for them — instead of being asked to do deep-clean work on maintenance time.

What to expect when you build your plan
Deep and Move-In/Move-Out cleans are quoted live in the booking form, with the premium added on top of your square-footage base rate.
Priced on square footage
Your quote starts from the square footage of your home, then adjusts for bedrooms, bathrooms, service level and the condition you select. The live price updates as you answer — no hourly billing, no service fee.
48 hours' notice, real arrival windows
Bookings need at least 48 hours (2 full days) of lead time — earlier dates are blocked in the calendar. You then pick an arrival window between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM in 30-minute increments, and we show an estimated finish time.
Card on file, charged after the clean
There is no standard service charge at booking. Completed services are charged after the clean, while applicable cancellation, rescheduling, no-access or started-service fees may be charged according to our Terms. Cards are stored by Stripe, and returning clients can book in one tap with a saved card.
Recurring savings, no contract
Choose a plan and save 5% every 4 weeks, 12% bi-weekly, or 15% weekly from your second visit onward. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your client portal.
Homes 3,000 sq ft or more, homes with 6 or more bedrooms, and specialty requests are quoted by our team instead of the live calculator — you receive the full price for approval before a cleaner is assigned. There is no service charge at booking — service and applicable policy fees are charged according to our Terms.
Good to know before you book
What's the difference between a Deep Clean and a Maintenance Clean?+
A Maintenance Clean is recurring upkeep on a home already in good condition — surface cleaning, kitchen and bathroom sanitation, general tidying, and inside the microwave. A Deep Clean is a one-time reset that adds baseboards, doors and door frames, window sills, blinds, vents, ceiling fans, cabinet exteriors, cobweb removal, detailed bathroom scrubbing and descaling, cleaning behind and under accessible furniture, wall spot-cleaning for visible marks and scuffs, and the inside of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher at no extra charge.
How long does a Deep Clean take?+
Most homes take four to seven hours. Deep cleans commonly run one to three hours longer than the time shown at checkout, depending on the actual state of the home. Your booking price is fixed — the extra time is on us.
Do I need a Deep Clean before starting recurring service?+
Usually we recommend it. A Deep Clean sets the standard and Maintenance Cleans keep it. It is only required when you select Heavy Buildup in the booking form; for every other condition it is a recommendation you can decline and stay on Maintenance.
How is a Move-Out Clean different from a Deep Clean?+
A Move-In/Move-Out Clean assumes the home is empty. It includes everything in the Deep Clean plus the inside of emptied cabinets and drawers, closet and pantry shelving, window tracks, and a final move-ready check. A Deep Clean is designed for a home that is still being lived in.
Will a Move-Out Clean meet my landlord's requirements?+
For most standard residential leases, yes. Our checklist covers the areas typically inspected at end-of-lease. If your landlord or property manager has a specific list of requirements, share it during booking and we will confirm what is and is not included before you commit.
What add-ons are available on a Deep or Move-Out Clean?+
Interior window glass (per-window pricing) is an optional paid add-on on both, and inside kitchen cabinets is a paid add-on on a Deep Clean. Inside the oven, fridge, and dishwasher are already included in Deep and Move-In/Move-Out Cleans, so they are never charged again as add-ons. On a Move-In/Move-Out Clean, inside emptied cabinets and drawers are already included, so they are never sold as an add-on there. Custom add-ons can be added during booking.
